DrugWars: I Should Have Spent More Money!

I wanted to play the @drugwars game extremely safely, so I only put in $6 per account. Now that my main account has broken even and is turning a profit, I realize that all my accounts could be generating 4+ Steem a day.

When it really came down to it, I didn't believe myself that it would be so easy to make Steem playing this game with a 20% rake. The players at the top are really paying out to the bottom of the pyramid.

It looks like @ausbitbank is absolutely killing it. Spending 60 Steem, this account is already in the green. This means in the coming days and weeks this account is going to ascend to #1 because it has a higher income. Clearly, the smartest amount of Steem to spend on the game was around 60. However, I can't get too worked up about it because I have six accounts.

While none of my accounts are on the list, they should be making an appearance soon. The accounts that spent less than ten Steem will get bumped out by accounts that have a higher daily production rate. My main account @edicted has already gone from +1 profit to +5.5 profit in the last hour. Payouts occur at 4 PM PST.


My main account experienced a tiny bit of drug production problem, so now I'm rushing Level 3 Pharmaceutical Lab on all my alt accounts. This should give me a nice bonus to my daily payouts.

In order to get the correct spread of drugs/weapon/alchohol, I've upgraded Castle to level 3. All my other buildings are level two. And when I say all my other buildings, I am not talking about the bottom three classes. Only Cocina/Pharma/Market/Printing/Castle/Distillery are truly important.

These are only very small mistakes and will be rectified later.


Level 3 Pharma Lab forces my accounts to acquire very expensive Silo upgrades.

Once I get level 3 Pharma lab I'll leverage the silo upgrades into getting level 3 Distillery and 3D-Printing. It's crazy that you have to upgrade a level 7 silo to make a level 3 building, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess.


Once I get all the good stuff to level 3 I'll clean up all my loose ends and rethink my strategy. I may also get level 4 black market before getting level 3 industrial distillery. I just did this (2 seconds ago) on my main account to test it out. I took the short-term gain to delay spending 20.8k/20.8k/20.8k on the silo upgrade... that upgrade hurts.

Now that my drug production on @edicted is at 123k I can afford the drug cost ratio associated with the lesser buildings.


The @drugwars team struggles to reactivate battles, and issues an eerie warning:

Battles aren’t available but Units are. You better build an army now either to attack once Battles will be available or to protect your Empire, you don’t want some Clowns to attack you...

HAHA! Clowns indeed. Thanks for the free money, clowns.
