Watch the zit-faced dorkus ogle over the price of Bitcoin at $111.
Isn't that adorable?
But the world wants to know: did he HODL?
So apparently the question on everyone's minds is: DID HE HODL?!? ... C'MON! C'MON! What kind of question is that? ... OF COURSE I DID! COURESE I DID! I HODLED! I BOUGHT MORE! AND I'VE HODLED AGAIN! ... I'VE HODLED EVERYTHING! I HODLED BITCOIN'S CHILDREN BITCOIN CASH BITCOIN SATOSHI'S VISION I'VE HODLED EVERY SINGLE THING... and... that so far has been the best decision that I have ever made financially in my life........ and I keep buying more. I buy Bitcoin every single week. I buy Uniswap every single week.
I bought Uniswap at $2 and it's at like $20 in like 3 months. This is, like, the new financial system and it's so incredibly simple you literally just BUY AND YOU HODL!!!!
So HODL away, gentlemen! Keep those DIAMOND hands! Keep em SHINEY!
... ... ...
Fucking... Legend.
I just can seem to get over it: this is what it's all about.
Every time we try to trade this market we are trusting the old financial system. We are gambling for no reason while simultaneously putting our trust into the very system we are trying to break up with. It is greedy and foolish, and this guy knows it. Deep down, we all do.
You buy and you hodl, end of story.
There's a meme going around, looks like this:
There's another version floating on twitter with the ape holding Bitcoin and Diamonds:
be an ape.
Just ask Lorne Malvo:
You wanna make it in this world? You gotta show them you're an ape, deep down where it counts. Or you'll get washed away.
The shit they make us eat... day after day...
Sounds about right
Also @acidyo coincidentally commented on a post I wrote two years ago:
@acidyo Gave Me 2500 Steem!
Basically I set a low limit buy order for Steem on Binance: 4 cents per coin. I was slightly overbidding a large buy wall at that level. Turns out the price flash crashed all the way to the buy wall and I got 2500 Steem for $100 worth of BTC. I noticed the order filled when @acidyo mentioned the flash-crash in question.
What did I do with the 2500 Steem?
What do you think?
It took me 5 months to acquire 1000 coins.
It took me 8 months to acquire 2000 coins.
It took me a year to acquire 5000 coins.
It took me an instant increase my holdings by 50%.
Yep, two years ago apparently I was stoked to have 7700 tokens. Now I control over 210k and I just recently powered up 63k. My how the times change.
But you know what doesn't change?
HODL! So simple, but notice he didn't say it was easy? It might be the hardest thing in the world for a lot of people.
HODL!
Do it!
Don't think about it. Just do it.
